The first Local Series of Downhill competition in this year's series, took place last weekend on Mount Zar in south Poland. If you are familiar with my past posts, you surely know that the downhill competitions are one of my favorite events. Furthermore, since I haven't photographed any downhill event in over a year, I was missing the forest walk along the downhill route very much.
Below you will find dozens of photos from the first day of the event, the day that practice was taking place. There are a lot of shots here, some of which are pretty similar to each other. But it is really hard for me to choose the clearly best ones. That's because you don't help me much: when I talk to you and ask which of the photos you like the most, I get such varied answers that I don't know later which shots to put here and which to skip! Each one of you prefers differens shots!
This time the shots are not GPS tagged. I got so into taking pictures that I missed to turn the tracking on :)
The Minister of Photography reminds that a mobile phone display is not a medium suitable for viewing photos. True photography enthusiasts use large monitors and televisions!
