A phenomenon commonly known as a supermoon is a Full Moon that comes closest to the Earth in its elliptic orbit. While the Full Moon is a phenomenon that repeats 12 to 13 times a year, only 3 to 4 of them are a supermoon. If you take into account possible cloudiness, it turns out that the supermoon is rather rare.
On the night of April 26/27 it was only a little cloudy, so I was able to take the photo below. How do you rate the result? Do you agree that the Moon is super?
By the way, since you are here and reading, you might have (not) noticed that the site colors have recently changed, but most of all the site address is new. The new address is PIOTR DOT PHOTOS. Neither COM, NET nor other suffix. The new address is simpler and easier to remember. Simply PIOTR DOT PHOTOS.
